Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Artwork

All unframed pieces are packaged in acid-free tissue paper, placed in a clear plastic bag, protected by foam board and shipped via USPS First Class. Shipments can only be made to addresses within USA. *At this time, shipping is free for unframed pieces. Framed pieces will be charged the cost of shipping. Customer will be contacted to discuss shipping options after placing your order. Original artwork will be packaged and shipped to you within five business days after your purchase. You will receive an email to notify you of the ship date and to provide a tracking number for your shipment. If there is any damage to the shipping package, please take a photo of the damage and contact the carrier to make a report of the damage. Please call us immediately if there are any problems. Return Policy – Originals

Customer satisfaction is a high priority. If you are not delighted with your original artwork purchase, we will give you a full refund providing you contact us and ship the painting back within 7 days of receiving your artwork. Refunds will not be issued after the 7- day return period.

For a full refund, a painting must be returned in the same condition that you received it in, in the original shipping container, and be returned with all accompanying certificates and paperwork you received with your order. We require that you use a trackable shipping service and that you purchase shipping insurance for the full value of the artwork (just as we shipped it to you). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for items that are 1) damaged for reasons not due to our error, or 2) returned more than 15 days after delivery.
